What happens in a session?
We start our sessions by talking about how you’re doing physically mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Sessions flow organically from there. You will likely be on the massage table, fully clothed, for about an hour. I always begin our sessions with Sourcepoint Therapy™ and once your blueprint and your energy body expresses what it needs, acupuncture therapy is used, with either magnets or needles or both. If you are able to give me your birth information I will also pull up your Astrological birth chart and look at what transits are happening for you and how this might be affecting you energetically. Throughout this all I am connected to the Akasha so that I may receive more information than my hands alone can sense. Afterwards clients tend to feel relaxed and energized simultaneously. “Lighter” is often a descriptor.
How do I prepare for a session?
For an in person healing session, come in comfortable clothing. Come with an open mind. Come with a willingness to be honest and vulnerable with yourself and with me. The more you’re willing to be open and communicative the easier it is for transformation to occur.
